Job Description

Project: Long-term kitchen and bathroom renovation scheme in S13 (social housing) Start Date: First week of September 2025 Duration: Long-term Hours: 39 hours per week

Location: Sheffield, Transport: No van supplied-own vehicle required for travel to site Work Type: Planned, non-emergency works in social housing

Required Qualifications and Experience Minimum CSCS card - Blue, NVQ Level 2

Core trade qualification in plastering, plumbing, or joinery

Proven multi-skilled experience (able to perform tasks across other trades as needed)

Prior experience within social housing-please specify past projects

Role Perform a mix of tasks in your core trade plus complementary trades (e.g., tiling, patch plastering, minor plumbing, door and unit installations)

Work within a planned schedule on social housing properties

Must provide your own transport and tools; DBS may be required
