JOB DESCRIPTION:
My client who are an exciting Facilities Management company are looking for a Multi Skilled Fabric Engineer in the Newcastle area on a mobile basis to work across multiple commercial contracts. They are looking for an experienced operative who has ideally worked in a previous maintenance role. This is a great opportunity with the opportunity to progress.
This role is a permanent role working 40 hours a week 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday. This role is paid door to door.
Overtime available if desired.
Daily responsibilities will include:
飩稟t least 3 years' experience in a maintenance role (desirable)
飩稧ood knowledge of building maintenance
飩種VQ level 2 (or equivalent) in construction/joinery/carpentry/plumbing
Requirements for the role

飩稰ositive attitude
飩稤riving license
On offer is a salary from £32,000 with the potential to earn more with overtime. Also, a company vehicle, iPhone and generous pension scheme.
