Chartered MEP Senior/ Associate Cost Consultant
Location: Riyadh, KSA
Type: Permanent, Full- Time
Salary: 50,000 -65,000 SAR per month

We are recruiting a Senior or Associate Director level MEP Cost Consultant for a permanent position in the Middle East with a world-class Construction Consultancy for their offices in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Middle East.

REQUIREMENTS
Position Level: This is a senior level role so we are seeking candidates who have operated as a Senior or Associate Cost Consultant specifically for MEP. 
Years of Experience: Circa 10 years post qualification experience as an MEP Cost Consultant.
Type of organisation experience:Candidates should have previous experience working for a well known Cost Consultancy organisation.
Location Experience: Previous Middle East Cost Consultancy experience is desirable for this role. The preference is for someone with previous Middle East or overseas experience and FIDIC Contracts knowledge. 
Chartered status: is a requirement for this position MRICS Chartered Status. Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors - Quantity Surveying. Our client are a well know cost consultancy organisation 
Degree Qualification: A degree qualification in either Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management, taken at a well-known University. The end client, has stipulated this is also an essential requirement for this job vacancy.
Contracts Experience: Solid mix of both Pre and Post Contract experience. FIDIC
Availability: This role is urgent. We are seeking a candidate available in 1 month or possibly sooner.

SALARY & BENEFITS
An excellent total package salary is available for this Associate Director Cost Saudi Arabia Middle East job vacancy and will be discussed on a case-by-case basis. Our client are open to salary currently, for someone who meets all requirements. We are seeking someone with the gravitas to liaise with this client at a very senior level and be responsible for this project.

A basic salary of circa 50-65,000 SAR per month, plus

Mobilisation and Demobilisation flights
Medical Cover
Bonus as per saudi law
Holiday allowance
