Six contractors have been selected by Arena Housing Group for a construction framework in the north west of England and Yorkshire.
The four-year contract is worth up to 拢60m.
The six firms who will share the work are:
- Cruden Group
- Herbert T Forrest
- Galliford Try Construction
- G & J Seddon
- Rok Building
- Keepmoat
The construction works will include: new build general needs housing; affordable family accommodation; homes for people with special needs; refurbishment of properties for general needs housing; and retirement villages.
