The appointment is the final part of a strategic re-organisation that has seen Kier drop its individual Bellwinch, Allison, Kier Homes Northern, Kier Caledonia and Twigden house-builder brands in favour of a single national Kier Homes banner.
Mr Thomas, who will be based in group HQ in Sandy, Bedfordshire, joins from Bovis Homes Eastern, where he was most recently southeast sales & marketing and customer care director.聽
