Student landlord Alumno and private equity real estate investor Henderson Park are putting up a 191-bed student residence in the Meadowbank and Jock鈥檚 Lodge neighbourhood of Edinburgh.
Clark Contracts is their main contractor for the 拢20m scheme.
The accommodation will comprise a mix of cluster apartments with shared kitchens and self-contained studio apartments. There will also be study and social spaces, landscaped external courtyard areas, rooftop gardens and a ground-floor caf茅/restaurant.
A ground breaking event took place on 5th March to mark the official start of works.
Clark Contracts director Michael Scanlan said: 鈥淏uilding on our experience of delivering more than 1,400 student beds in recent years, this project marks our second collaboration with Alumno and Henderson Park, and we鈥檙e excited to continue working together to bring the development forward and see it progress on site.鈥�
Completion is expect in summer 2027.
