London-based Gratte Brothers Limited (GBL) is looking to build its workload across the north of England.
In parallel with opening a Manchester office, GBL has also begun work on the Equinix MA5 data centre in Manchester. As general contractor, the company is delivering MEP infrastructure and civil, structural and architectural (CSA) works within the live Manchester facility.
Gratte Brothers Group, of which GBL is one of five divisions, operates offices and facilities across the UK, including London, Warrington, Stevenage, Chelmsford, Worthing and Belfast.
Remi Suzan, managing director of Gratte Brothers Limited, said: “Establishing our Manchester office is a significant milestone for the business. While Gratte Brothers Group has a strong track record of delivering projects across the North and already operates from our Warrington office, this represents GBL’s first dedicated presence outside of London and the southeast and, reinforces our commitment to bringing Gratte Brothers’ quality and expertise to the built environment in the north of England.â€
Operations director Joe Bradley added: “Bringing Gratte Brothers Limited’s quality to the north has been in the pipeline for some time now and is an exciting next step for the business. With significant opportunities across the region, we are confident that our expertise and collaborative approach, partnered with the adept local supply chain, will be a welcome addition to the local construction industry.â€
