Accounts filed by Kori Construction for the year ended 31st March 2025 show that revenue increased by 29% to آ£69.9m (2024: آ£54.1m) and pre-tax profit improved 25% to آ£5.0m (2024: آ£4.0m).
Cash at bank grew by 39% during the year from آ£13.3m to آ£18.5m while net assets gew 78% from آ£4.1m to آ£7.3m.
Kori mostly specialises in later living and multi room building projects in the آ£10m-آ£30m range. During the year it delivered 527 beds of accommodation in care homes and later living complexes, with a further 12 projects (totalling 785 beds) under construction. It also won its second project in the life sciences sector.
Managing director Jordan Connachie said in the annual report: “The company enters the 2025/26 financial year with confidence and clarity of purpose. Turnover is expected to remain stable at approximately آ£70m, underpinned by a robust and high-quality forward order book of آ£125m, providing strong revenue visibility well into FY 2026/27.â€
Kori Construction was founded as SAC Construction in Corby in 2009 by Steve Culbert, who remains a director and co-owner of the business. It rebranded in 2022.
