The site of the former Ladywell Leisure Centre in south London is being converted to housing.
Higgins will build 102 residential apartments split over four blocks designed by Feilden Clegg Bradley. Of the apartments, 47 will be social rent homes for families on the housing waiting list and 55 shared ownership properties aimed at first-time buyers
Planning permission for the Ladywell Park Gardens development was secured back in October 2023.
While Higgin鈥檚 appointment remains subject to contract clarifications, preliminary works have now begun on site, with the project expected to complete by spring 2028.聽
