The Printworks student development in Tottenham will blend new build construction behind refurbished listed buildings at 807 and 819-829 High Road, London N17.
Eleven student rooms will be created within the existing historic buildings fronting the High Road, with the remaining 276 delivered within a new-build development to the rear.
McAleer & Rushe is working as main contractor for High Road West (Tottenham) Limited, a vehicle for Tottenham Hotspur Football Club.
