Phil Munnelly has been head of the family business for more than 40 years, but having turned 70 in March has decided to hand over the reins to his 39-year-old son Paul David Munnelly.
As chairman, Phil Munnelly will continue to support the leadership team and contribute to the strategic direction of the group, the company said.

I will stay actively involved in strategic decision-making and will be supporting Paul in his new position. Munnelly Group turned over 拢147m last year, making a pre-tax profit of 拢1.5m.
