The Welsh government has published a prior information notice (PIN) for the 拢145m River Dee Bridge replacement scheme.
The current A494 bridge into and out of Wales is in poor structural condition and needs replacing.
The Welsh government intends to procure a main works contractor using a two-stage early contractor involvement (ECI) model, adopting an NEC4 PSC and separate NEC4 ECC form.
The PIN says that bidders will have 30 days to compile their selection stage submissions and three months to compile their tender submissions.
