The contract with the Norwegian Road Administration, Statens vegvesen, is worth NOK580m (آ£46m).
The project also includes construction of a concrete cover over an open area to reduce noise and establish new land for housing.
Work is expected to begin in the middle of next month and will be completed in September 2017.
