The contract with Osuuskauppa Arina is worth approximately €42m (آ£34.5m). The development will be constructed in the centre Oulu and will have a gross area of 37,150m2. The agreements signed by Skanska and Arina include the construction of the new shopping centre, renovation of existing commercial premises and the creation of a new pedestrianised area.
Work is due for completion in spring 2016. آ
