Newport City Homes Housing Association Limited (鈥淣CH鈥�) requires a programme of works to be delivered for Kitchens, Bathrooms and Rewires (WHQS) over a four (4) year period to improve housing stock. This will require works to be undertaken to tenanted properties.

Installation of Kitchens and Bathrooms and rewires (鈥渢he Works鈥�) will include delivery of scheduled Works, and the appointed contractors (鈥渢he Contractor鈥�) will need to be suitably qualified and competent to deliver these Works and be able to demonstrate this within the tender return.
