Partition Systems & Plasterboard Lining

A range of differing partition systems are used in a variety of different settings to produce the correct conditions. These can include fire resistance of up to 240 mins and acoustic protection of over 80dB. The boards are fitted over metal frame or wood joists using the correct boards as specified by your architect. The systems are quick to install and offer a variety of different solutions dependant upon their requirements.

MF & Grid Ceilings

MF ceiling systems use concealed metal grids fitted to the structural soffits above, creating a void for running services and utilities. Insulation and plasterboard is then fitted to offer you the correct solutions for fire, acoustic and thermal ratings. The system is finished with a tape and joint finish. Grid systems are used to create easy access ceiling systems in commercial settings whilst still maintaining a high level of finish.

Finishing

We work in partnership to ensure that we can offer you a fully finished system, offering tape and joint to ensure your development is ready to decorate. The tape and joint systems offers significant benefits over traditional wet plastering and is often a requirement with timber framed housing.

Insulation

We can supply and fit a range of differing insulation levels to walls and ceilings to match the requirements of your architect. Quilted or rigid solutions are used between metal or wood studs and above MF ceilings to match your particular design requirements.
