Sterling Services Ltd specialises in the production of architectural precast concrete cladding, concentrating in high quality bespoke projects requiring a high degree of skill and knowledge. Through our partnering and close relationships with developers, architects and main contractors we are asked to maximize the use of precast concrete, to ensure that projects benefit from prefabrication, resulting in projects achieving programme dates within the agreed cost plans.

Precast concrete panels can be manufactured in various colours and finishes to suit client specification. Polar White, Bath and Portland colours can be achieved by the use of different sands and aggregates with white cement and grey concrete by using grey cement. Minimum strength of concrete is 40 N/mm(2) at 28 days. Our standard finish is a medium acid etch to lightly expose the natural colour of the sand and aggreates. Intricate shapes and mouldings can be achieved within the timber and plywood moulds crafted by our own mould makers. Colour samples are available on request.

Wet-cast reconstituted stone dressings

Cills, Jambs, Heads Copings etc are using the same mix designs as our precast concrete. All moulds are made to order hence there are an unlimited number of shapes and sizes available.
