As a
Disclosure Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing initial and re-disclosures, ensuring strict compliance with U.S. mortgage regulations. This role demands accuracy, speed, and deep regulatory knowledge to support timely and compliant loan processing within a high-performing international team.

The Qualifications We Seek
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of hands-on experience handling U.S. mortgage disclosures, including Loan Estimates (LE) and Closing Disclosures (CD)
Familiarity with U.S. income calculation.
Solid understanding of TRID guidelines and U.S. mortgage compliance regulations
Minimum 1 year of experience in closing, post-closing, loan processing, or real estate documentation in a title company or financial institution
Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and clients
Proven ability to identify issues and resolve them independently and proactively
Excellent time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced, process-driven work environment
Your Daily Tasks
Manage and send mortgage disclosures on behalf of the Account Management team
Handle all re-disclosures as they arise and are flagged by the Processor or Lock Desk
Validate whether a change of circumstance exists and requires re-disclosure
Process and send updated disclosures to borrowers within 24 hours of receiving the request
Review reports to ensure that all loans requiring re-disclosure are identified and addressed
Immediately notify the Supervisor/Manager of any loans that are out of compliance for re-disclosure
Maintain exceptional service by demonstrating thorough knowledge of TRID, RESPA policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while upholding professional ethics
Stay up-to-date with all mortgage-related regulations and industry changes
Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances
Perform other related duties as required to support compliance and operational efficiency
