Lettings Negotiator / Senior Lettings Negotiator

Dove & Hawk are working in partnership with a long-established boutique estate agency based in the heart of prime Central London. With a loyal client base and a strong local presence, our client is looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator / Lettings Negotiator to join their high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Registering and qualifying applicants, understanding their needs, and matching them to suitable properties.
• Arranging and conducting viewings across the Soho and Covent Garden area.
• Negotiating offers between tenants and landlords to secure the best outcomes.
• Maintaining and nurturing strong landlord and applicant relationships.
• Canvassing and networking to generate new instructions and business opportunities.
• Hitting personal and team-based monthly/annual targets.

About You:

• At least 12-18 months of proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator.
• Confident, enthusiastic, and tenacious with a calm and focused approach.
• Excellent memory and attention to detail - essential due to the specific requirements of client portfolio.
• A relationship-driven professional with a strong moral compass - someone who prioritises quality service and long-term trust.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.

Package:

• Negotiator: £23,000-£24,000 basic / £47,000-£63,000
• Senior Negotiator: £26,000 basic / £50,000-£80,000 - (some senior negotiators are earning £85-95K)
• 10% commission on all lets
• Additional monthly bonuses up to £1050 / annual bonuses up to £7500

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm (with 2 late nights per week until 6:30pm) + every other Saturday

You'll be joining a small, focused team as the third Lettings Negotiator, dealing with a wide-ranging portfolio of quality properties and working with long-standing clients. This is a busy, fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives under pressure and is passionate about delivering a clean, relationship-driven service.
