Salary: €42,000 - €45,000 Role: Installations Operative + Company Van / Tools Supplied Location: Cork Annual leave: 25 days plus bank holidays **A full Irish driving licence - You will be traveling nationally with this role** We are excited to present a rare opportunity for an Installation Operative to join our team in Cork to assist in the day-to-day duties of the Projects Department. As the only Installations Operative based in Cork the successful candidate will work closely and assist the regional project controller regarding Installations of modular building. You will also have the opportunity learn new skills in a site management role, so when the site manager is not present you can step and cover. You will have the opportunity to complete site visits around the Munster region alongside the site manager. This role is varied and when times are quiet you get involved in many activities from site visits, working in the yard to acting as the site manager in their absence. Role Responsibilities *Operate offsite, working independently or as part of a team, in the maintenance, modification (fit out, carpentry ), installation and removal of units throughout Ireland. *Undertake operations, as instructed, in yard, store and on site in accordance with Health and Safety standards. *Provide assistance to the Head of Projects/Installation Manager in identifying the materials and timescales involved in completing individual contracts. *In the absence of the Head of Projects / Installation Manager ensure that the customer is fully informed on the status of their contract. *Maintain a safe and tidy working environment in yard, regional depots and on site. *Maintain all tools, equipment and company vehicles in good and clean working condition.
