Senior Construction Project Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Project Manager located in Crewe. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Projects department for all construction projects that will tend to be Design & Build JCTs. Daily tasks include managing contarcts, multiple project timelines and resource planning, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating with subcontractors, and communicating progress updates to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and synchronise detailed project programmes, budgets, and dashboards
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and consultants
Ensure real-time reporting of deliverables, milestones, and risks
Chair meetings and maintain accurate project documentation
Oversee procurement, valuations, variations, and design pack communication
Serve as a trusted liaison with high-value stakeholders and clients
Qualifications

Skills in Project and Contracts Management
Experience in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
Proficiency in Budgeting related to construction projects
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Team player with excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred

£60,000 to 80,000 salary package depending on experience
