Job Description

We are hiring for a senior SHES Manager for an onshore project in Qatar for a big contractor.
The mandate is to oversee SHES implementation from project mobilization to commissioning, ensuring compliance with international standards, client requirements, and local regulations in challenging operational environments.

Requirements:
B.S. in Engineering or HSE-related field OR Equivalent:
Further HSE qualifications such as Level 6/7 OHS
10+ years of SHES leadership experience on large-scale oil & gas or heavy industrial EPC projects.
Proven track record in mechanical project environments
International project experience
Strong leadership, communication, and cross-cultural team management skills.
